Meet Beth, the heart and soul of Arete’s partnerships! As Senior Director of Partnerships, Beth brings passion, dedication, and a deep commitment to using strategy and relationship-building to create meaningful collaborations. Through her work, she helps spark inspiring initiatives and advocacy efforts that uplift children and create lasting, positive change in our communities.

Since joining Arete in July 2024, Beth has embraced every opportunity to foster growth and develop transformative programs that bring hope and opportunities to underserved children. Her vision and leadership make a real difference in the lives of so many.

Beth’s love for learning shines through in her impressive academic background—she holds a BA in Public Relations from the University of Kentucky and a Master’s in Sports Administration from Ohio University.

Outside of work, Beth loves being around anything associated with sports, especially golf and tennis. She has even had the unforgettable experience of sitting in the box next to the Queen of England at the Kentucky Derby! More than anything, she treasures time spent with her family and friends, embracing life’s special moments with gratitude and warmth.
