All of us on the Arete Scholars team want to congratulate Joelise on graduating from Artios Academies in Sugar Hill, Georgia. In addition to her academic achievements, Joelise spent her free time pursuing her passion for nails as a self-taught nail tech and entrepreneur. Joelise will attend Keune Academy in the fall to pursue her Master Cosmetology license. We wish you well, Joelise, as you continue to build your own business through hard work and the power of education.

Congratulations to Connor on graduating from Hanson Memorial High School in Franklin, LA. In the fall, Connor will attend SLCC for his general credits and then transfer to the University of Louisiana, where he will major in Business with a minor in Kinesiology.

"Connor is the most determined person I have ever met," says Connor's mom. "...My son inspires me to be better because I see him being better every day."
